The Company announces that Edmund W. Williams, Non-Executive Director, jointly
with Joanna S. Barkwill, a Person Closely Associated with Edmund W. Williams,
has bought 170,482 ordinary shares on 12 March 2025.

Following the transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Edmund W. Williams
is 5,081,418 ordinary shares, representing 1.05% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company. Details of the transaction are below.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market
