Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance and Administration
 
BFF appoints Piergiorgio Bicci 
 
Milan, 28th May 2020 - Pursuant to article IA.2.6.7 of the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., we hereby inform that today the Board of Directors of Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. ("BFF"), following the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance and Administration of BFF Emanuele Bona - who resigned to undertake new professional opportunities, and who, on the basis of the information made available to the Company, to date directly and/or indirectly holds 379,431 BFF ordinary shares - has appointed Piergiorgio Bicci to the role, effective 3rd June.
 
Piergiorgio Bicci joined BFF Banking Group in 2014 and served the company with different responsibilities, until he was appointed Group Risk Management Director. Before joining BFF, he spent 14 years at KPMG, where he followed several projects in the insurance and banking sectors.
