    MPS launches all-share offers for Banco BPM, Banca Generali
    Aug 21 (Reuters) - Italy's Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena BMPS.MI launched on Friday all-share exchange offers for rival Banco BPM BAMI.MI and asset manager Banca Generali BGN.MI worth €25.3 billion ($29.6 billion) and €8.7 billion respectively.
    ($1 = 0.8553 euros)
