COMPANIES  
PIRELLI PIRC.MI 
The Italian tyremaker said on Tuesday it had a multi-year investment plan for the United States worth around $1-$1.2 billion aimed at increasing production capacity in the country, including for its so called Cyber Tyres.

(*) ENI ENI.MI 
The oil group and Italian and Swiss trading house Mercuria will form an equally owned partnership to jointly trade global energy commodities, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the plans.

BANCA IFIS IF.MI 
The Italian bank said on Tuesday it had completed the sale of Arecneprix, valued at €30 million, to Prelios.

The gas grid operator aims to strengthen its liquefied natural gas (LNG) business, MF reported on Wednesday. The group will fold subsidiary OLT Offshore LNG Toscana and infrastructure unit Greenture into Snam LNG Italia, putting together regasification assets and LNG refuelling ones as it seeks operational and administrative efficiencies, the daily added. 

(*) THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP TISGR.MI 
The luxury yacht maker said on Wednesday it would seek court protection from creditors after talks with clients ground to a halt, making a turnaround through an out-of-court restructuring process impossible.

Leading shareholders in Italian broadcasting tower companies Rai Way and EI Towers failed to reach an agreementon the terms of a merger by a June 30 deadline set for their talks, a statement by national broadcaster RAI said on Wednesday.


    JUVENTUS JUVE.MI
  
Juventus FC said it had reached a three-year settlement deal with UEFA's Club Financial Control Body through the 2027/28 season, under which the Italian club will pay an unconditional €6 million expensed in fiscal 2025/26 and could pay up to a further €14 million depending on economic parameters.
