Romania's Banca Transilvania 9-month net profit up 63.4% y/y

BUCHAREST, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Romanian lender Banca
Transilvania  ROTLV.BX     
    * Says its net profit was 1.47 billion lei ($340.30 million)
in
the first nine months, up 63.4% on the year, whereas Banca
Transilvania Financial Group's consolidated net profit amounted
to 1.67 billion lei.
    * Says the BT Group's total assets amounted to 117.9 billion
lei
at the end of September.
    * Says the non-performing exposures ratio of Banca
Transilvania,
according to the EBA ratio, is 3.43% as of Sept. 2021. The total
coverage ratio according to the EBA standards is 147%.
    * The bank's CAR, including the profit of the year was
22.42%. 
    * "We continue to grow lending and overall banking services
significantly above the market average, contributing to the
recovery of the economy and at the same time, gaining market
share," said Omer Tetik, Chief Executive Officer of Banca
Transilvania.
