BUCHAREST, April 30 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press 
reports and events to watch which may affect Romanian financial 
markets on Thursday. 
     
    BANCA TRANSILVANIA 
    Romanian lender Banca Transilvania  ROTLV.BX  said its first 
quarter net profit rose 46.5 percent on the year to 151.5

    BOURSE LISTINGS 
    Romania's leftist government approved a calendar of bourse 
listings for this year and next on Wednesday and asked the 
finance ministry and financial regulator ASF to ensure the first

    DEBT 
    Romania's future eurobond issue will carry a maturity longer 
than 10 years, while its timing depends on favourable market 
conditions, the finance ministry's treasury chief said on

    He also said a plan to buyback and exchange medium- and 
long-term domestic and foreign treasuries would most likely be 
enforced from the second half, and that it would be handled 
through the central bank's electronic platform. 
     
    FONDUL PROPRIETATEA 
    Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea  FP.BX  hopes 
foreign investors will hold at least 15 percent of the fund 
through its secondary listing in London, its manager Greg

    CEE MARKETS 
    Central European assets fell across the board on Wednesday 
as German Bund yields surged and investors awaited guidance on 
interest rates from the Federal Reserve after its meeting.
