BUCHAREST, Dec 12 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press 
reports and events to watch which may affect Romanian financial 
markets on Friday. 
     
    INDUSTRIAL OUTPUT 
    Romania's National Statistics Board to release industrial 
output data for October at 0800 GMT. 
     
    INFLATION 
    Romanian inflation slowed to 1.3 percent on the year in 
November from the previous month's 1.4 percent, below the market 
forecast, the National Statistics Board said on Thursday.

    ENERGY RESOURCES 
    Romania's energy production edged up 0.4 percent on the year 
in January-October, but power consumption fell 0.9 percent and 
exports soared, data from the National Statistics Board showed

    DEBT TENDER 
    Romania sold a planned 500 million lei ($139.94 million) 
worth of Jan. 2018 treasury bonds on Thursday, with the average 
accepted yield at 2.21 percent, central bank data showed.

    ENERGY TAXES 
    Romania's leftist government decided late on Wednesday to 
extend a series of taxes on energy firms by one year through 
2015 to make up for a potential revenue gap as it delayed 
renegotiating its royalty taxes on natural resources.

    TURKEY ENERGY INVESTMENT 
    Turkey will invest $300 million with Royal Dutch Shell 
RDSa.L to explore for natural gas and oil after discoveries were 
made in the Romanian basin, Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said on

    Hungary's forint weakened on Thursday to four-week lows 
against the euro after a report showed deflation reached a 
record low in November, weighing on Central Europe's most
