MADRID, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Spain's BBVA BBVA.MC on Thursday said its fourth quarter net profit rose 4.1% compared to the same period in 2024 thanks to a solid performance in Spain and Mexico.
The bank booked a net profit of 2.53 billion euros ($2.98 billion) in the October to December period, compared to 2.43 billion euros in the same period last year.
Analysts polled by Reuters expected a net profit of 2.54 billion euros.
