March 30 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: BBVA BBVA.MC Austria's Raiffeisen Bank RBIV.VI said on Saturday it would buy Garanti BBVA's Romanian business for 591 million euros ($680.30 million), its first significant acquisition in recent years. AENA AENA.MC Aena said on Friday the Spanish government and the Basque Country region agreed on a bilateral airport body. BANKINTER BKT.MC Bankinter Investment and Plenium Partners said on Friday they agreed to merge their investment management firms and buy significant stake of ACP. AIRTIFICIAL AI.MC Airtificial said on Friday its full year net loss stood at 25.0 mln euros. ACCIONA ANA.MC Acciona won a 111 million euro contract to lead a consortium modernising the Naples East wastewater treatment plant, strengthening Italy as a core growth market for its water, infrastructure and renewables businesses, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Monday. ACS ACS.MC ACS chairman Florentino Perez has lifted his stake to 14.56%, worth just over 4 billion euros, after six consecutive years of purchases, reinforcing his control as the shares have risen eightfold since the pandemic, Spanish newspaper Expansion said on Monday.
