FLOENE ENERGIAS, S.A. issues €420 million 5-year bond

 

Lisbon, June 26(th), 2023

 

FLOENE ENERGIAS, S.A. ("FLOENE") priced an issuance of EUR 420,000,000,
maturing in July 2028 and with a coupon of 4.875% (ISIN: PTGGDDOM0008).

 

These notes have a specified denomination of EUR 100,000 each and were issued
under a EUR 1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of FLOENE,
established on June 16, and admitted to trading on the regulated market of
Euronext Dublin.

 

Floene has a S&P rating of 'BBB-', with a stable outlook, and will use the
proceeds of this transaction for refinancing its €420 million bonds, due in
September 2023, and for general corporate purposes.

 

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., BNP PARIBAS, Mizuho and Santander
Corporate & Investment Banking acted as joint-book runners in this
