    Italy's industry-wide car sales fell 15.14% year-on-year in
May, the transport ministry said on Wednesday. Stellantis held
39.12% of Italy's car market that month, according to Reuters

    BPER  EMII.MI , CARIGE  CRGI.MI 
    Italy's Anti-trust gave its green light to the merger
between the two lenders, it said in a statement. Bper will sell
a business unit of 48 branches to rival Banco Desio  DESI.MI

    Trento, 17th edition 'Economy Festival' "After the pandemic
(and with an ongoing war), between order and disorder" starts;
ends on June 5. On Thursday expected attendees include Atlantia
