    Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi will deliver on Monday
his first public speech since he took office last month, an
official at his office said, as the country faces mounting
coronavirus cases and possible new restrictions.
    The Italian health ministry will extend this week the use of
Astrazeneca's COVID-19 vaccine to people over the age of 65 and
expects to inoculate half of the country's 60 million population
by end-June, minister Roberto Speranza said on Sunday.

agreement to sell export agency SACE to the Treasury in a deal

Milan urged Italy's top soccer league to promptly assign
broadcasting rights, adding they would in the meantime refuse to

euro deal to sell to a private equity consortium a minority

    Cedacri's bank shareholders said on Friday they had signed a
binding agreement for the sale of their stakes in the banking
software provider to financial and technology firm ION based on

    U.S. asset manager BlackRock holds a 5.01% stake in the
Italian cable maker through its wealth management funds, market
regulator Consob said in a filing on Friday.

    Fidelity has cut its stake in the Italian drugmaker to 4.9%
