    A case of the new coronavirus variant Omicron has been
detected in Italy, the National Health Institute (ISS) said on

    Italy reported 47 coronavirus-related deaths on Sunday,
against 90 the day before, the health ministry said, while the
daily tally of new infections rose slightly to 12,932 from

    The Italian economy may grow at a rate slightly faster than
the government target of 6% this year, returning to the

    The former phone monopoly lost its fourth chief executive in

    Europe's biggest gas infrastructure group has agreed to buy
from Eni  ENI.MI  a stake in pipelines carrying Algerian gas

    Snam has received approaches for its gas storage business

    Italian finance police have searched the offices of Serie A
club in Turin and Milan, seeking documents relating to player
trading between 2019 and 2021, a prosecutor said. Juventus said
on Saturday it is cooperating with the investigators and with
the Italian authorities and trusts that it will clarify any
aspect of interest to it as it believes to have acted in

    The Italian club suffered another setback as they lost 1-0
at home to Atalanta after a Duvan Zapata goal on Saturday, with

    The head of Italian luxury group Diego Della Valle said on
Sunday he is a friend of LVMH  LVMH.PA  boss Bernard Arnault and
if an opportunity arises they will do "something together", when
asked if Tod's could be sold to the French giant, as quoted by
saying by Il Sole 24 Ore.

    Italy and France clinched an accord on Friday to strengthen
their cooperation on space launchers as part of a broader
