    Santander Brasil  SANB3.SA  said on Tuesday it signed a
binding agreement to create a joint venture with Sodexo in

    British mobile operator Virgin Media O2 said on Monday it
was planning to lay off up to 2,000 employees by the end of this

    The company said on Monday its first-half net loss narrowed

    Aena will propose a 4.1% increase in airport tariffs for
next year, which would mean an increase in revenue per passenger

    FCC, through its Industrial Division, was awarded by the
French group TotalEnergies  TTEF.PA  the contract with
investment of more than 200 million euros to build a 263 MW
photovoltaic complex in Guillena, Seville, Spain, Spanish online
news website El Economista reported on Tuesday.

    Investment bank Goldman Sachs has reduced its stake in Indra
to 2.336% from 8.354%, according to Spanish market regulator
CNMV.

    Exane Paribas cut the company to "neutral" from
