PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

 

The following supplementary prospectus (the Supplementary Prospectus) has been
approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

Supplementary Prospectus dated 27 June 2022 to the prospectus dated 4 March
2022 as supplemented on 26 April 2022 relating to the €35,000,000,000 Global
