In accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Companies Law, Santander
hereby attaches the full text of the notice of call to the ordinary general
shareholders' meeting of the Bank to be held at Centro de Formación El
Solaruco (Ciudad Grupo Santander), Avenida de Cantabria s/n, Boadilla del
Monte, on 31 March 2022 at 1:00 p.m. (CEST), on first call, or on 1 April
2022, at the same place and time, on second call.
