S Global Note ISIN: (XS2584654151); U.S. Global Note ISIN: (XS2584654235))
under the Residential Mortgage-Backed Note Issuance Programme of the Company
(the Programme).

The Company notes that in the section of the Final Terms titled "Arrears
Experience in Respect of the Holmes Portfolio" the reporting date in the
column dated "31 Dec 2022" is intended to refer, and shall be construed as
referring, to "30 Nov 2022".

In addition, certain amendments have been made to the Master Definitions and
Construction Schedule and the Series 2021-1 Class Z Variable Funding Note. A
copy of the amended Master Definitions and Construction Schedule, the Series
2021-1 Class Z Variable Funding Note Pricing Supplement and the 9th
Supplemental Issuer Trust Deed will shortly be available for inspection at
