ARTICLE 17 NOTIFICATION
 
Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")
 
 
This notification refers to:
 
(1)        the Base Prospectus dated 20 March 2020, as supplemented from time to time (the Base Prospectus) for Notes to be issued by the Issuer under its Structured Note and Certificate Programme; and
 
(2)        the Final Terms dated 12 February 2021 (the Final Terms) in respect of the issue of up to £20,000,000 Preference Share-linked Autocallable Notes due 2027 - Series 1185 (XS2294359570) (the Note Issue).
 
Pursuant to our obligations under Article 17 of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation 2017/1129/EU, as amended and as incorporated into the law of the United Kingdom by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended) we confirm in respect of the Note Issue the following information:
 
Final Aggregate Nominal Amount:          £6,889,756
 
Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of Part A to the Final Terms shall be read accordingly.
