Block Listing Application
Bango (AIM: BGO),the mobile payments company, announcesthat an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to AIM for a block listing of securities in respect of 2,000,000Ordinary Shares of 20p each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to The Bango Plc 2017 Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Plan. 
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.The shares will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Bango share option schemes.It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 January 2018.
