Cambridge, UK, 12 February 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), has been notified that on 11 February 2026, Wayne Griffiths, COO and PDMR of Bango, purchased 13,177 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75.9 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

 

Following the Purchase, Mr Griffiths has a direct and indirect interest in 28,273 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the total issued share capital of Bango.
