Director/PDMR Dealings
Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces
three director/PDMR transactions.
· On 03 February 2023, Raymond Anderson, Executive Chair of Bango,
transferred a total of 142,000 Bango ordinary shares of 20 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") to their progeny at nil cost of which 71,000 were
transferred to Coco Anderson, who is considered a person closely associated
("PCA") with Raymond Anderson. In addition, 10,816 Bango ordinary shares of 20
pence each were gifted toa UK registered charity. Following the transfers,
Raymond Anderson has a direct interest in 6,402,781 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 8.38% of the total issued share capital.
· On 02 February 2023, Anil Malhotra, Chief Marketing Officer of
Bango, sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 225p, followed by a further
950,000 Ordinary shares on 03 February 2023 at a price of 224.50p ('the
sale'). The sale was completed in order to fulfil a personal financial
commitment relating to a divorce settlement. Following the sale, Anil Malhotra
has a direct interest in 2,623,502 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
3.43% of the total issued share capital.
· On 03 February 2023, Frank Bury, Non-Executive Director at Bango and
certain of his persons closely associated ("PCAs") purchased 100,000 Bango
Ordinary Shares in aggregate at a price of 225p ('the purchase'). Following
the purchase, Frank Bury has a direct and indirect interest in 483,500
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.63% of the total issued share
capital.
