Share Purchase and Director/PDMR Dealings

 

Cambridge, UK, 28 November 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that on 28
November 2024, Paul Larbey, Chief Executive Officer at Bango and certain of
his persons closely associated ("PCAs") purchased 46,096 Bango Ordinary Shares
in aggregate at an average price of 97.45p ('the Purchase'). Following the
Purchase, Paul Larbey has a direct and indirect interest in 150,857 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's total issued share
capital.
