Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings

 

 

Cambridge, UK, 22 January 2025 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that, in line
with the established policy of allocating employee share options, Matthew
Wilson, CFO was granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20
pence each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price
of 101 pence per share, being the closing price on 21 January 2025 (the
"Exercise Price") under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.

The options vest after three years, in one tranche, subject to the
satisfaction of certain performance conditions. All options may be exercised
up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and have been granted as part
of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
