Director Shareholding

 

 

Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, announces that, on Monday 27
January 2020, Paul Larbey, Chief Executive Officer of Bango, purchased 17,297
ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 104 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

 

Following the Purchase, Mr Larbey has a beneficial interest in 18,297 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the total issued share
capital of Bango.
