Result of AGM

 

 

Cambridge, UK, 30 June 2025 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that at the Annual
General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. All
resolutions were determined by way of a poll vote.

 

Details of the proxy votes received on each resolution by Bango's Registrar
are set out below:
