Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings
Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce,
announces that on 19 September 2023, in line with the established policy of
allocating employee share options, the following Directors and PDMRs were
granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the
capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 187.5 pence per
share, being the closing price on 18 September 2023 (the "Exercise Price")
under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.

The options for Executive Directors and PDMRs vest over a three-year period,
in twelve equal instalments, one twelfth each quarter, and may be exercised up
to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. The options have been granted
as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
The options for the Non-Executive Director vest after 4 years in one
instalment. The options have been granted as part of the Bango PLC 2022
Non-Executive Directors Share Option Plan.
