** Entertainment firm Lionsgate Studios' LION.N shares rise 9.9% to $14.60 in extended trading
** Co is exploring a sale and has attracted interest from Bollore BOLL.PA and Banijay Group BNJ.AS, among other suitors, Reuters exclusively reports
** LION has been working with an investment bank to evaluate inbound approaches, three sources familiar with the matter said
** Lionsgate and Banijay declined to comment. Bollore did not respond to a request for comment made outside of business hours
** As of Tuesday's close, LION up 45.6% YTD
