    ** Co reports earnings of 59 cents/shr vs est. of 64
cents/shr
    ** Decline in earnings was a result of higher interest
expense - BMRC
    ** In Q1, BMRC's deposits decreased by $322.8 mln to ~$3.3
bln from previous quarter
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen 37% YTD
