UNCONDITIONALLY AND IRREVOCABLY GUARANTEED AS TO PAYMENTS OF INTEREST AND
PRINCIPAL BY

BMO COVERED BOND GUARANTOR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (the Program)

 

The Third Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction
with the prospectus dated 5 September 2024, the first supplementary prospectus
dated 9 September 2024 and the second supplementary prospectus dated 19
December 2024.
