ADDITION OF NEW SURETY UNDER DTEK RENEWABLES FINANCE B.V. €325,000,000 8.50 PER CENT SENIOR NOTES DUE 2024
In accordance with Condition 5.15.1(B) under the trust deed dated 12 November 2019 between DTEK Renewables Finance B.V. (the "Issuer"), DTEK Renewables B.V. (the "Parent Guarantor") and BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited (the "Trustee") relating to €325,000,000 8.50 per cent Senior Notes due 2024 (the "Notes") issued by the Issuer and guaranteed on a joint and several basis by the Parent Guarantor and certain other subsidiaries thereof (the "Trust Deed"), Tryfanovka Energy LLC, a Ukrainian subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor, will enter into a deed of surety with the Trustee on or about 1 September 2020, pursuant to which it will provide a suretyship under the Notes.
