CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION-TO-TRADING OF GDRs OF ARABIAN FOOD INDUSTRIES
COMPANY DOMTY S.A.E ("DOMTY")

 

Further to its announcement of 27 June 2022 in respect of:

(a)  the cancellation of the admission to trading of Domty's global
depositary receipts (each representing five ordinary shares of Domty with a
nominal value of EGP 0.20 each) ("GDRs") to the admission-to-trading only
market segment of the London Stock Exchange on 22 September 2022 (before
trading begins) and

(b)  the termination effective at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on 26 September
2022 of the Deposit Agreement entered into between Domty and the The Bank of
New York Mellon Corporation (the "Depositary") dated 25 August 2016 (the
"Deposit Agreement"),

Domty hereby announces that the cancellation of admission to trading of the
GDRs is effective as of 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 22 September 2022.
