LEGAL & GENERAL UCITS ETF PLC

L&G Gold Mining UCITS ETF

 
(the "Sub-Fund")

 

The Company annouces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder
of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York
Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the
Registered Shareholder the Company's intention to reduce the TER of the Fund
from 0.65% to 0.55%. It is expected that the change will take effect on or
around 15 January 2025 (the "Effective Date").

A copy of the notice issued to Shareholders has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
