L&G Emerging Cyber Security ESG Exclusions UCITS ETF

(the "Sub-Fund")

 

The Company annouces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder
of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York
Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the
Registered Shareholder of the following changes applicable to the Sub-Fund.

Solactive AG (the "Index Provider") informed the Company that it would change
the name of the index of the Fund (the "Index") which will take effect on or
around 30 January 2025 (the "Effective Date").

 Solactive Emerging Cyber Security Index  Solactive Cyber Security Innovation Index

 

As a result of the Index name change, it is proposed to change the name of the
Fund on the Effective Date:

A copy of the notice issued to Shareholders has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
