The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder
of shares in the Sub-Fund's (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New
York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the
Registered Shareholder of the intention to change the name of the Fund to more
closely align with the name of the benchmark index of the Fund, ROBO Global®
Healthcare Technology and Innovation Index TR, in the manner set out below:

There is no change to the benchmark index or the manner in which the Fund is
managed.

 

It is expected that the changes will take effect on or around 15 May 2025.

Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
