L&G Europe ESG Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETF

 
(the "Sub-Fund")

 

The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder
of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York
Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the
Registered Shareholder the Company's intention to amend the index tracked by
the Fund in the manner set out below:

 Foxberry Sustainability Consensus Europe Total Return Index  MSCI ACWI Select Climate 500 Index - Europe Subset

As a result of the index change, it is also proposed to change the name of the
Fund:

 L&G Europe ESG Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETF      L&G MSCI Europe Climate Pathway UCITS ETF

The Fund will also undergo a change in classification from Article 9 to
Article 8 under the SFDR.

The TER of the Fund will be reduced from 0.16% to 0.10% as a result of the
changes.

It is expected that the changes will take effect on or around 18 December 2024
(the "Effective Date").

A copy of the notice issued to the Registered Shareholder has been submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection
