NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Issuer redeemed 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding at the redemption price of 102.292% of the principal amount of the Notes redeemed, plus Additional Amounts (as defined in the Indenture) on July 2, 2020, in accordance with the indenture dated as of January 24, 2014 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Indenture"), among, inter alios, the Issuer, The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as trustee, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as paying agent.
