Publication of Final Terms

 

Not for release, publication or distribution, directly or indirectly, in or
into the United States.

 

The Final Terms dated 11 February 2026 in respect of the issue by The Bank of
Nova Scotia (the "Issuer") of USD 50,000,000 Callable 4.34 per cent. Senior
Notes due February 2032 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note
Programme (the "Programme") are available for viewing.

 

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus dated 8 July 2026 and the supplemental prospectuses dated 26 August
2025 and 11 December 2025 relating to the Programme (together, the
"Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the
Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended), as it forms
part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information.  Full
information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the
basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
