Second Supplement dated 27 February 2024 relating to the Programme for the
CDN$100,000,000,000 Global Registered Covered Bond Program of The Bank of Nova
Scotia, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest
and principal by Scotiabank Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership.

 

The Second Supplement, together with the document incorporated by reference
