** Lender posts cash earnings after tax for full year ended August 31 at A$383 mln ($248.6 mln), a 12% increase from pcp

** UBS says co's results mostly in line with consensus estimates

** Adds it's clear bank shifting toward more focussed, streamlined organisation

** Bank of Queensland to pay fully-franked final dividend of 20 Au cents/share

** YTD, BOQ gains 9.7%
