Publication of Final Terms

 

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

 

Final Terms dated 13 June 2025 (the Final Terms) relating to EUR600,000,000
2.732 per cent. Covered Bonds Series 2025-1 due 18 June 2030 (XS3087737956)
issued by Bank of Queensland Limited (the Series 2025-1 Covered Bonds) under
the base prospectus dated 14 May 2025 (as supplemented from time to time) for
the issuance of covered bonds under the AUD6,000,000,000 BOQ Covered Bond
Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of
interest and principal by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited in its capacity as
trustee of the BOQ Soft Bullet Covered Bond Trust (the Prospectus).
