The following supplement has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 16 December 2025 (the Supplement) to the Bank of Queensland
Limited's (the Issuer) Base Prospectus dated 14 May 2025 as supplemented by
the Supplement dated 6 June 2025 in respect of the Issuer's AUD6,000,000,000
BOQ Covered Bond Programme (together, the Prospectus).
