Bankinter on Thursday said its third-quarter net profit rose 9% from the same period in 2025, helped by a rise in lending income and higher loans, supported by solid economic growth.

PUIG PUIGb.MC 
Beauty company Puig reported stronger-than-expected third-quarter sales growth on Wednesday, as robust demand for Charlotte Tilbury makeup helped offset softer skin care and a broader cooldown in post-pandemic fragrance demand.

ATRESMEDIA A3M.MC 
Atresmedia said on Thursday its 9-month profit stood at €53.8 million.

METROVACESA MVC.MC 
Metrovacesa said on Thursday its 9-month revenue stood at €465 million.

ACS ACS.MC 
ACS unit CIMIC's Thiess said on Thursday it won two mining services contracts in Mongolia.

LIWE ESPANOLA LIWA.SCT 
Liwe announced on Thursday the opening of the period for submission of binding offers for the acquisition of its productive unit.

REPSOL REP.MC
Repsol has repurchased and will cancel €250 million of a 2020 perpetual hybrid bond issue, reducing outstanding hybrids to €2.75 billion and lowering future financing costs as it seeks to optimize its balance-sheet structure, Spanish newspaper elEconomista reported on Thursday.

TUBACEX TUBA.MC
Tubacex expects to expand its business in Brazil as Petrobras pursues plans to develop 260 new offshore wells by 2030, building on its participation in more than 70 offshore wells since 2023, Spanish newspaper elEconomista reported on Thursday.

PROSEGUR PSG.MC, TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Prosegur and Telefonica's JV Movistar Prosegur Alarmas expects to grow at roughly twice the pace of Spain's alarm market over the next five years and aims to capture about one-third of new business alarm contracts, elEconomista reported on Thursday, citing an interview with CEO Diego Torrico.
