Helia II FCR, an investment vehicle owned by Bankinter and Plenium Partners, sold 1.1 billion euros ($1.30 billion) worth of solar assets to Velto Renewables, owned by Canadian fund CDPQ, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Wednesday, citing a company press release.

SABADELL SABE.MC

Banco Sabadell said on Wednesday it would early redeem 1 billion euros in mortgage bonds on September 23.
