** Bankinter BKT.MC shares slide 2% after the Spanish lender posted its first quarter results without providing any formal guidance
** The bank posted 291 million euros ($340.47 million) in Q1 net profit, 2% above consensus, but shared no formal guidance, Jefferies said
** In a call with analysts, Bankinter's CFO said it will update guidance at a later stage due to "current uncertainty"
** CFO added it sees room for further reductions in deposit costs but said this would be more challenging in the current context
** Bankinter is among Thursday's worst performers on Spanish IBEX 35 .IBEX index, which falls 0.6%
