BANKINTER BKT.MC 
Bankinter said on Monday it agreed to buy 100% of Dutch mortgage platform Tulp Hypotheken Holding.

AMPER APE.MC 
Amper said on Monday it agreed to buy 100% of Next Gen Critical Comms, owner of Teltronic, for a fixed €155 million plus up to €45 million in e.arn-outs. 

REIG JOFRE RJFE.MC 
Reig Jofre said on Monday it completed bonus-shares capital increase.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC 
Japan's JICA has granted 764 million reais (€130 million) in financing to Iberdrola's Brazilian unit Neoenergia Coelba to modernise electricity distribution networks in Bahia, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

REPSOL REP.MC 
Spain's government will extend a requirement for refiners to report weekly fuel costs and retail prices to antitrust watchdog CNMC, affecting Repsol and peers such as Moeve and BP, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC, ACS ACS.MC, SANTANDER SAN.MC 
Telefonica, ACS and Santander will each hold 15.67% stakes in a planned AI gigafactory in Tarragona, jointly accounting for about 47% of the capital within a private consortium set to control 51% of the project, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

PROSEGUR PSG.MC 
Prosegur Security has doubled its business in the United States over the past four years and expects the country to become its largest market ahead of Spain in coming years, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday, citing an interview with its CEO.

ACERINOX ACX.MC 
Morgan Stanley raised its target price to €18.4 from €15.5. 

PHARMA MAR PHMR.MC 
BTIG cut its target price to €96 from €125.
