** Shares of ASX-listed miners operating in Namibia extend
losses for a second straight session
    ** Namibia is considering taking minority stakes in mining
and petroleum producers to reap more value from its mineral
wealth, the country's mining minister told lawmakers
    ** Shares of Paladin Energy Ltd  PDN.AX  had risen as much
as 11.2% after saying it was not aware of legislative changes
that would affect its ownership of Langer Heinrich mine
    ** Stock, however, reversed gains to trade down 0.5%
    ** Bannerman Energy Ltd  BMN.AX  down 4.3% to hit its lowest
level since Aug. 20, 2021
    ** Deep Yellow Ltd  DYL.AX  trades flat, while Askari Metals
 AS2.AX  drops 1.9%
    ** Elevate Uranium Ltd  EL8.AX  drops 3.5% to hits its
lowest level since Aug. 24, 2021
