** ** Shares of Bannerman Energy  BMN.AX  rise as much as
6.8% to A2.810, posts biggest intraday gain since Nov. 17 
    ** The uranium developer says it has received mining licence
for its Etango Uranium Project in Namibia, and has been awarded
initial contracts for the Etango early works program 
    ** Adds contracts hold a combined value of approximately of
approximately $2 mln
    ** Stock at its highest since Dec. 5 
    ** Stock has risen 46.1% this year as of last close
