** Australian uranium miners rally after Russia banned on
Friday uranium exports to the U.S.
    ** Russia accounts for more than 40% of the global uranium
market
    ** Australian miners Deep Yellow  DYL.AX , Boss Energy
 BOE.AX , Paladin Energy  PDN.AX  and Bannerman Energy  BMN.AX 
rise between 5.3% and 10.5%
    ** DYL, BOE and PDN among top gainers on the ASX 200
benchmark  .AXJO 
    ** YTD, DYL up 11.7%, BOE down 24.6%, PDN down 22.7% and BMN
up 3.7%
