May 22 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    CASINO  CASP.PA :
    French supermarket group announced on Friday that Fimalac
has resigned from his position as administrator, with immediate
effect. 
    
    SANOFI  SASY.PA  
    The French drugmaker said it had shared positive phase-3
results evaluating the use of its blockbuster drug Dupixent in
adults with uncontrolled chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
(COPD) and evidence of type 2 inflammation. 
    
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI  
    The Ontario government on Friday offered to increase
financial support for  the European carmaker's battery plant in
the province, a move Canada's industry minister proclaimed a
sign of progress in ending a stalemate over the stalled project.
    
    UNIFIEDPOST  UPG.BR  
    The company reaffirmed its cash flow target as it reported
first-quarter results. 
    
    VIVENDI  VIV.PA  
    Telecom Italia is being urged by some directors to hold an
extraordinary board meeting to name a candidate sponsored by top
investor Vivendi to fill a vacant director seat at the former
phone monopoly, two sources said on Saturday.
