Regrettably due to the unprecedented circumstances and the consequential challenges the world is now facing, I no longer hold any material interest in First Group PLC.
 
I remain convinced however that the plan put together by Coast Capital will give the best value to all stakeholders in the Company. 
 
I am sorry that I will not be able to participate in the value creation that this plan will undoubtedly deliver, and I wish the Company and Coast Capital, and all other stakeholders, the best in the future.
